Update your organization’s name, address or other information
If your organization has changed its name, you may want to update your record so the correct name displays in the upper right corner in your Volgistics account. Or, if you’ve moved to a different address, it is always a good idea to keep the correct address on file. You can update your organization’s name, address, phone number and web site address by following these steps:
1. Select Setup from the Menu.
2. Expand the “Account management” link.
3. Select “Agency information.”
4. Edit the necessary information.
5. Click the Save button to update your record.
This will automatically update the general account information in the Volgistics Store as well as in your account. To update the billing contact’s email address, or the credit card address, for your account, you must login to the Volgistics Store by clicking the Store tab at www.volgistics.com. Once you’ve logged in, click the appropriate link to update the information. You must be an Administrator for your account, or have the accounting access code, to login to the Volgistics Store.
