Tip of the Week April 03, 2023 In many organizations, payment and billing is taken care of by a person in a department outside of volunteer services. In these cases, you can provide them with access to the Volgistics Store for your account without giving access to the volunteer database used to manage your records.
Keep billing contact’s email address up-to-date to ensure account information is received In many organizations, the person responsible for paying the account’s service fees and managing invoices and receipts may not actually be an account Administrator. To allow this person to receive billing notices, Volgistics provides a separate email address for the account’s billing contact.
System Operators can check their own system access rights and find their account’s Administrator Volgistics allows each account’s Administrator(s) to set user levels and other rights for each System Operator for their account.
