By default the State or Province drop down menu on the Core tab of volunteer records will only contain your organizations home State or Province. You can use the setup page to individually add more States or Provinces to this drop down.
Recently we created an option to add all States or all Provinces to this drop down in a single step so you would not have to add each of them individually. To do this in your account, follow these steps:
1. Click ‘Setup’ from menu in your Volgistics account
2. Choose ‘Field options’
3. Choose ‘Core tab’
4. Choose ‘State’ or ‘Province’
5. Click the ‘Add all U.S. States’ or the ‘Add all Canadian Provinces’ button
Now all of the States or Provinces will appear in the drop down for volunteer records.
